COMPANY
Since 1896 de Luca family is present in graphic art field with the Fonderia Tipografica Meridionale in down-town Naples that produced printing characters, suppliers of the main newspapers up to the 50s. Technological development and the consequent disuse of the printing character brings Vincenzo de Luca in 1964 to found Diellecolor to produce offset inks.
In the 1985 it moved to the Marcianise industrial area in proximity of Caserta.
After his death the sons Armando Fabrizio and Aldo develop the International market and in 2003 decide to build a new modern production site in the new industrial area of Marcianise. In 2013 with a corporate restructuring , Aldo toghether Vincenzo , his grandson , fourth generation of entrepreneurs , founded Italian Printing Inks and incorporate diellecolor brand for offset inks and Central Color brand for water flexo inks. In 2018 start the production of digital inks.
THE PRODUCTIONS
Italian Printing Inks has a totally automatic production process , that can reach the full product standardization whilst presErving an highly flexibility rate which is one of Italian Printing Inks ‘s main features that enables them to allow specific series productions and satisfy the printers needs. The automatic boxing line completetes the Italian Printing Inks productions. The Pantone and spot colours productions for offset inks is guaranteed by a completely automatic 32 heads mixing station while for flexo water inks 2 mixing stations 1 of 21 heads for 10-25 kg cans and another of 16 heads for 200 kg drums and 500 Kg-1000 Kg tanks that allows a large series production for a vast range of paper , paperboard , plastics , foil and tissue .
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
The continuos raw material’s reserch and selection has permItteD to Italian Printing Inks to introduce a new products range specifics to market needs and more importantly to solve specific demand. The full traceability for the products and for every raw material included in the inks is guaranteed by a computer system management in compliance by CE 2023/06. Specific food packaging series are developed in both offset and flexo water inks in compliance of UE1935/2004 , quality standard EN646 and the standard OK COMPOST.
