The fast setting series
High versatility of application
IPINKS s.r.l. has developed this series taking into account the wishing of printers.
Nowadays inks that are able to be used on hi-speed machines are requested on the market, and this series has the reological structure to fulfil this needs. The most important characteristic of this series is in any case its versatility of application and fast setting properties of the printing ink, that makes this series very useful.
This series is in line with GMP 2023/2006 standard.
- Matt and glossy paper
- Fast setting
- Drying by oxidation
- Excellent dot gain
|Light fastness based on standard ISO 12040:
1 (low) 8 (high)
|Defined on standard ISO 2836:
+: Resistence granted
-: Resistence not granted
*The assessment of the colour properties was made under standardised printing conditions. In individual cases, under special conditions, as in printing with very high ink densities, the classification of certain properties may be different.
Dielle 8710 is an high quality series with no particular printing problems. Due to the presence of many adhesives, varnishes, etc… we recommend a trial printing. Very useful when fast setting is needed.
Offset printing ink
Extreme good press stability, high gloss, excellent rub resistance, minimum dot gain. Very high press density. Drying doesn’t cause lowering level of press density. Waiting time before printing is in general the same that other standard ink, depending on the quality of support and specific conditions could be tested. Please contact us for further technical collaboration in printing.
Dielle 8710 series is semifresh: good properties at normal pressroom temperature for 16-24 hours.
Max. 3% OL 2000
TOP wash 60, keep drying to avoid contamination.
Take away from heating source
Fount solution should be added slowly in particular when ink has low covering effects. Concentration of isopropanole should be less than 10% with the pH about 5-5.5.
Typical physical constant
Aspect: viscous liquid
Viscosity: 250±10 Poise
Specific pound: 1.1±0.1 g/cm³
Dielle BIO 8710 series comply with EUPIA guide lines for secondary food packaging inks.
Heating of printed packaging in the oven has to be carefully considered due to the potential appearance of temperature peaks. In contrast, microwave heating of packaging without acceptor laminate is not-critical. Generally the heating of packaging to temperature exceeding 200°C must be avoided.
