IPICURE OPV DS/45 GL-EX is a specific coating for the finisching in full and with spots, suitable for application in-line by Flexo coater on UV inks and suitable water-base primers, off-line by Dampening system on water-base primers, printed paper and boards for the production of boxes, folding cartons, clusters, labels, covers, etc.
Application via Flexo Coater , Roller Coater and Dampening system circuit on retro-fitted printing presses.
Characteristics
− Fast Curing speed
− High gloss and levelling
− Good mechanical resistences.
− Not over-printable, not hot foil blockable, partially gluable (we suggest to carry out specific test before printing run).
− 100% solid – No VOC emissions
Viscosity: medium (150-200 cps)
Application: 2 – 4 gr/m2
Curing: with UV lamps of 80W/cm the printing speed is of 35 m/min for each lamp
