IPICURE OPV WOS/ GL is a specific coating for the gloss finishing in full and with spots, suitable
for application in-line (UV inks) and off-line on printed paper and boards for the production of boxes,
labels, covers, etc.
Application in-line and off-line via ink duct by wet-offset printing with water fount solution.
Characteristics
− Fast Curing speed
− Good gloss and levelling
− Good mechanical resistences.
− Low yellowing after curing
− Not over-printable, not hot foil blockable, partially gluable (we suggest to carry out
specific test before printing run).
− 100% solid – No VOC emissions
Viscosity: High (250-350 poise)
Application: 1 – 1,5 gr/m2
Curing: with UV lamps of 80W/cm the printing speed is of 40 m/min for each lamp
